Marriage Counseling (Part 2)

Series sermon #20: Paul takes a break from dealing directly with Corinthian problems in chapter 7 to focus instead on some of the questions that they posed to him. He marks out his major discussion points from their letter with the words “now concerning” that he repeats twice in chapter 7. He answers questions about marriage in verses 1–24 and questions about singleness in verses 25–40. This sermon focuses on vv. 7-16 where Paul addresses a questions about divorce, remarriage, and marriage to an unbelieving spouse.
