Series Sermon #22:In Hebrews 8:7-13, the author cites a text from the Book of Jeremiah about the new covenant. The author believes that the days of the new covenant promised by God have begun. He reminds his readers of the better promises of the new covenant and the passing nature of the old to encourage them to cling to Jesus. Jesus brings fulfillment of God's extravagant promises of blessing.
