A Church that Changes the World: Part 3
Passage: Acts 13:1–13:3, Acts 14:24–14:28
Series Sermon #3: The final characteristic of a church that changes the world is a commitment to mission. Luke arranges all of Paul's first missionary journey around the role that the church of Antioch plays in identifying and sending the first overseas missionaries. Although Luke describes how the church and its missionaries shared the gospel, his primary emphasis is on how God used both to open a door of faith to the Gentiles.
